Yes, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”) and other regulations, you have the right to dispute information. You may do so directly with Flagship by contacting us at [email protected], mailing your dispute to address disclosed below or indirectly through the credit bureaus.

To submit a dispute directly to Flagship, please write to us at the below address. Please include your name, address, account number and any details and documentation that may assist in our investigation of your dispute. Please note that we cannot guarantee return of items sent, and you may wish to retain copies for your own records.
