Driving Pink with AutoNation

In October, our Flagship teams proudly rallied for the 5th year to support AutoNation in their commitment to drive out cancer. Over the years, AutoNation has raised and donated over $40 million in support of cancer charities nationwide, helping to drive progress in research and treatment.

Since 2019, our associates have been demonstrating their creativity by participating in our weekly “On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink” contest to show their support for cancer research. We understand that breast cancer affects everyone in some way, and our associates have also shared their stories to celebrate, honor, and remember the important people in their lives who have been impacted by breast cancer. The visual impact of hundreds of associates participating by wearing pink each year is a powerful statement and a reminder of the strength of a team united for a cause.

Drive Across America Day

Every October, associates from more than 300 AutoNation locations unite to support “DRV PNK Across America Day” to deliver Totes of Hope to patients battling cancer. This year, Flagship’s SVP of Sales, David Courts, participated in AutoNation’s annual day of giving by delivering tote bags stuffed with comfort items to two non-profit organizations local to our Chadds Ford, PA headquarters. Fifty Totes of Hope bags, provided by AutoNation, were distributed to Delaware Breast Cancer Coalition and the Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Delaware, Inc.

As we look back on the success of our 5th Annual “On Wednesdays, We Wear Pink” campaign, we are thankful for the support of our associates, the partnership with AutoNation, and the chance to contribute to a cause that affects many lives. Together, we wore pink as a symbol of hope, unity, and shared commitment to making a difference.
