Back to School with the Boys & Girls Club

At Flagship, we believe in the power of community and giving back. Our annual Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program provides each associate with 16 hours of paid time to volunteer with an approved organization. Our teams in Tempe, AZ, and Coppell, TX, recently demonstrated this commitment by partnering with local Boys & Girls Clubs.

In July 2024, our Dealer Admin Team spent the day at the Boys & Girls Club in Guadalupe, AZ, bringing joy and learning to young minds. The day was filled with STEM projects, expressive art, and a math Kahoot. These activities were designed to engage and inspire the children, making learning fun and interactive.

Our Tempe and Coppell teams later dedicated their VTO hours to assembling back-to-school kits for Boys & Girls Clubs in preparation for the new school year. With enthusiasm and dedication, they packed 192 back-to-school kits filled with high-need supplies, including new backpacks for recipients aged 6 to 17.

These volunteer experiences are integral to our company culture and values. They reflect our dedication to making a positive impact on our communities and fostering a spirit of volunteerism among our associates.

We are incredibly proud of the efforts of our Tempe and Coppell team members. Their dedication and participation make a difference in the community.
